Re-enrollment

To complete our easy to use online re-enrollment process, you will access Family Portal through your existing login.  If you do not have a login, please follow the instructions below to create one.

Re-enrollment fees are $30/student before January 31, and $150/student after January 31.

Have a question?

#1  Please go to www.factsmgt.com.
#2  Select Login from the menu bar and then FACTS Family Portal Login from the drop-down menu.
#3  Type in our District Code: COL-IN, then type in your username and password.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
#4  After logging in, click on the Apply/Enroll button in the left menu.
#5  Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.
#6  Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your child(ren).   The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.  Your information will be saved if you need to pause and come back later.

 

The Instructions and Enrollment Checklist page of the online enrollment packet contains supplemental enrollment forms that also must be submitted.
